Services

Best Life Hong LLC provides professional development training, management seminars, executive coaching, and organizational consulting. Services are not accredited academic instruction and are delivered by certified specialists.

Payment

Payment may be made by credit card, debit card, check, or cash. Corporate invoice terms may be arranged in writing. Published prices may change, but confirmed bookings keep the quoted rate.

No Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable after booking confirmation. If a client needs to reschedule, written notice must be provided at least 72 hours before the scheduled session. One reschedule may be allowed subject to availability.

Client Responsibilities

• Attend scheduled sessions prepared and on time.
• Provide accurate information during intake.
• Use training materials only for internal or personal development.
• Treat all participants and facilitators professionally.

Intellectual Property

Training materials, frameworks, workbooks, and presentations are owned by Best Life Hong LLC. Materials may not be copied, resold, posted publicly, or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Best Life Hong LLC does not guarantee specific business, career, revenue, or performance outcomes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for disputes is Orange County, California, unless another process is required by written agreement.
